Close to 2x schools and 2x aged care facilities, this MC is well located next to a chemist in a small shopping complex with 3x allocated car parks. After hours, the patients are looked after by National Home Doctors.

Pathology is not onsite due to the number of GP’s being <1x FTE, however there is an agreement in place for collections. There is only usually 1x GP on at any time, no nurse and an admin person on the front desk. After nearly 12 months of trading there are about 1350 active patients in this bulk billed clinic. The GPs take a 70/30 split and use BP for the pt records. The space is leased from 10.03.2017 to 9.03.2020 with no options. The landlord is a commercial owner and will potentially offer another lease at the end of this term should a new buyer wish to continue in this space.

This clinic is the only practice in the suburb, has good exposure from the street, offers on-line bookings and is now accredited with GPA.
